Dream Builders Mission/People Helping People is a faith-based nonprofit charity organization dedicated and committed to providing empowerment services to the homeless of the City of Tampa and Hillsborough County. We have been helping and empowering  homeless families, single homeless men and women since 1990.

Dream Builders Mission/People Helping People,  powered by community volunteers is to improve the quality of life for all our neediest community residents, by empowering them with the tools and basic resources necessary to break the cycle of poverty and find a pathway to self-reliance, self-empowerment and self-sufficiency.

Our mission is that our community members living in poverty attain self-dignity and contribute to society as viable and productive citizens.

Dream Builders Mission/People Helping People has developed and managed many programs through generous donations by private sources. Dream Builders does not receive any government funding or assistance to operate any of our current programs.
